Order & Invoice Coordinator
Join us in shaping the future of Miraz Trading!
We are looking for an Order & Invoice Coordinator for a fixed-term position to cover a parental leave.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of customer orders, invoicing, product availability, and customer communication across our Nordic business. You will work closely with sales, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams, playing a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining operational excellence.
As part of Miraz Trading Oy, you will help ensure that orders, deliveries, and invoicing processes run accurately and efficiently while supporting the continued growth of our business across the Nordic region. We believe that every employee contributes to customer satisfaction and business success, and this role has a direct impact on both.
If you are detail-oriented, proactive, service-minded, and enjoy coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, you might be the person we are looking for.
