We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Ecommerce Manager to develop, lead, and grow our online business in line with our strategic goals.

We are part of Miraz Group, a rapidly growing company operating across the Nordic countries, and one of Finland’s largest importers and brand houses in natural and responsible cosmetics.

Your Role in a Nutshell
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations and strategic development of the House of Organic online store, driving it towards growth targets. You’ll participate in shaping the ecommerce strategy and international expansion plan that support the group’s overall objectives. You’ll take a leading role in launching our Swedish online store.
As part of the Miraz Group, you’ll also contribute your strong expertise to the development of Miraz Nordic B2B ecommerce. You’ll be supported by a skilled marketing and growth team. Together, we’ll continue to develop and grow our success concept – the most beloved natural cosmetics online store in the Nordics!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ecommerce operations in line with Miraz Group’s strategic objectives, ensuring sales growth and profitability.
- Contribute to the development of ecommerce strategy and report to the Sales Director.
- Oversee daily store operations – from new features and integrations to troubleshooting and business decisions.
- Proactively improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer experience – balancing data and creativity.
- Participate in maintaining and developing Shopify-based D2C, B2C, and B2B stores.
- Optimize and automate processes – analyze and leverage data and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Manager, conversion and retention metrics).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, logistics, and content production teams.
- Plan and execute campaigns and product launches.
- Work flexibly – either at our Tampere office or remotely in a hybrid model.
What We Expect from You
- Commercial mindset and solid hands-on experience in managing, scaling, and developing ecommerce (Shopify expertise is a strong plus).
- Understanding of ecommerce as a whole – conversion, UX/UI, technical performance, and commercial thinking.
- Experience with integrations, apps, and API connections.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and customer journey optimization.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (e.g. GA4, Meta Business Manager).
- Interest in or experience using AI in ecommerce (personalization, automation, content creation).
- Understanding of brand building and interest in the cosmetics market.
- Fluent in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to track and analyze trends and consumer demand.
Considered an Advantage
- Experience in international ecommerce markets.
- Experience developing payment, logistics, or customer service processes.
- Basic scripting or light coding skills.
